The Lord is continusouly calling men to be shepherds of the people.  However, all of us must do our part to foster a vocation to the priesthood.  We need to pray for and encourage the young men we know to consider if God is calling him to the priesthood.

BLESS young people witht eh gift of courage to respond to your call. Open their hearts to great ideals. 
INSPIRE all of your disciples to mutual love and giving -- for vocation blossom in the good soil of faithful people 
INSTILL in each of us the confidence and grace to invite others to embrace the noble path of life consecreated to you. 
UNITE us through Jesus, so that we may copperate with you in building your reign of mercy. Amen.
